Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to lead and develop a high-performing team in a well-established wealth management firm?

?? The Role:

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client support function. You’ll lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to financial advisers and clients. Your role will focus on:

? Managing and mentoring a team, providing regular training, coaching, and performance reviews? Overseeing workflows, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and improving efficiency? Handling complex queries, monitoring service standards, and driving process improvements? Collaborating with advisers, operations teams, and leadership to enhance client outcomes? Involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members

?? What You’ll Need:

? Proven experience managing teams in financial services, ideally in a financial planning or wealth management setting? Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and client service? Ability to build strong relationships with advisers, clients, and colleagues? A solid understanding of financial advice processes, compliance, and industry regulations
