A growing manufacturer with precision CNC machining processes in operation, serving sectors such as defense, power generation and aerospace is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive a bonus structure, overtime opportunities, a pension scheme, employee discount, health & wellbeing programme, onsite parking, sick pay, and store discount.

What youll do as Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

Supporting the ongoing proactive and reactive maintenance of company plant machinery.
Performing planned and reactive work while also allowing for contribution to site improvements and asset maintenance through the application of reliability centered practices.
Working in both a team and individual capacity to deliver the site maintenance and improvement service, prioritising requirements and allowing for continuous fault-free manufacturing.
Supporting the application of safe working practices and systems.

Were looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with:

Formal qualifications in electrical engineering or electrical maintenance.
Proven industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience
Proven experience in AD / DC servo drives
Fault finding on control systems
Strong diagnostic skills
Pneumatic and hydraulic experience gained from a multi skilled environment
Mechanical maintenance skills (rebuilding of spindles, bearing replacement, diagnosing problems) would be advantageous but are not essential.

There are 3x 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday (mornings, afternoons, nights, with shorter shifts with earlier finish times on Friday. The latest finish time on Fridays is 20:45).
