- Supporting the ongoing proactive and reactive maintenance of company plant machinery.Â
- Performing planned and reactive work while also allowing for contribution to site improvements and asset maintenance through the application of reliability centered practices.
- Working in both a team and individual capacity to deliver the site maintenance and improvement service, prioritising requirements and allowing for continuous fault-free manufacturing.
- Supporting the application of safe working practices and systems.
- Formal qualifications in electrical engineering or electrical maintenance.
- Proven industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience
- Proven experience in AD / DC servo drives
- Fault finding on control systems
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience gained from a multi skilled environment
- Mechanical maintenance skills (rebuilding of spindles, bearing replacement, diagnosing problems) would be advantageous but are not essential.
