Our client:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Welding Supervisor to join their team. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the welding operations in an excellent manufacturing facility based in the Leicester area. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate welding operations to ensure production targets are met
  • Train and mentor welding staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
  • Collaborate with production management to optimise workflow and resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and quality control data
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in welding operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
