Production Operatives, Wigton

Adecco is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Wigton, who, due to a peak period, are seeking temporary Production Operatives for ongoing assignments. The client operates on a rotating shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, so we are looking for candidates who are flexible and available to work all three shifts. The shift schedule consists of a set number of working days followed by days off.

Pay rates are up to £16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow health and safety guidelines strictly.
  • Adhere to production processes and quality control standards.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Experience Required:

  • Recent, proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience adhering to health and safety regulations and following standard operating procedures.
