Occupational Health Administrator, Wigton

3-Month Temporary Contract

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay rate - £11.79 per hour

About the Role:

Our client in Wigton is seeking a proactive Occupational Health Administrator to support their Occupational Health (OH) Department for three months. This role involves providing vital administrative support while ensuring confidentiality, compliance with legislation, and excellent customer service across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee administration in line with OH requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for OH-related queries.
  • Coordinate OH appointments, including Health Surveillance and Physiotherapy, and notify relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate OH documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Produce and prepare OH data and reports as needed.
  • Manage OH equipment and supplies, replenishing as necessary.
  • Update internal records, including sickness and absence data.
  • Prepare OH communications, such as Health Campaigns, for the wider business.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the OH Department.
  • Scanning & uploading documents onto the internal system
