Customer Service Administrator
Willand, EX15, Devon
Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (4pm Finish on Friday)
Pay rate: up to 12.50 p/h

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Be the owner of the phone system - supported by our partner and manage answer machine messengers.
- Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries and complaints, as well as giving the solution (via email and phone) in a timely and confident manner.
- Monitor and sort all incoming email inboxes for customer services.
- Maintain Complaints spreadsheets and report at EOM for both companies.
- Responsible for all DPD enquiries and disputes using their platform.
- Responsible for all Shopify online orders that require attention for both companies.
- Routine checking and filing of paperwork for operations and customer care role.
Requirements:
- A friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Experience in providing customers with a high level of service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Outlook,
- A team-oriented attitude in a small, dynamic office environment.
