Simple Recruitment are looking for a Recycling Depot Worker for our client based in Willand to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
A Recycling Depot Worker plays a crucial part in helping businesses manage their supply chains, reduce costs, and deliver products to customers on time and in good condition.
The Job
In a nutshell, you will be working within a depot environment as a valuable member of the team, unloading recycling vehicles and loading recycling material into bulk transporters. This a physical role where you will be on your feet and making sure operations within the depot run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating the baling equipment to process recycling material to the required standard.
- Bale and palletise recycling material to secure ready for storage and loading.
- Carry out daily inspections of all depot plant and machinery.
- Operate forklift and telescopic handler.
About you

Key Requirements:
- Must have forklift experience.
- Telehandler experience is desired.
- Must be a team player.
- Have a safety-first approach.
Salary
12.59 per hour.
Hours
37 hours a week starting at 9.00am. Due to the nature of the tasks, finish times need to be flexible.
