Pay: £13-£14.50 an hour (depending on experience)This is a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their students. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth running of our school. Hours can be flexible for the right person, however you must be able to commit long-term.

Your new role

  • Manage and maintain school records using the SIMS and FMS
  • Handle administrative tasks including attendance, admissions, and correspondence
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Assist with the organisation of school events and activities
  • Manage financial records

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a school administrative role is essential
  • Proficiency in using SIMS and FMS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • An enhanced DBS
