Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an administrative role in a dynamic technical environment? We are seeking a Technical Administrator to provide essential support to our Technical Consultants across both training and consultancy services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a professional and fast-paced setting.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our technical department by assisting with documentation, client communications, appointment scheduling, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Format technical documents to meet company standards.
  • Send welcome and renewal packs to clients.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for technical consultants.
  • Prepare and send training confirmation letters and certificates.
  • Take minutes at staff and technical meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
  • Assist in the distribution of the monthly technical newsletter.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.

General Office Duties:

  • Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and faxes.
  • Maintain office tidiness and provide refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and parking as needed.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a technical or consultancy environment is advantageous but not essential.

Contract Details:

  • Position: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location:Willenhall, West Midlands
  • Reporting To: Office Manager
  • 31 days holiday (inclusive of Bank/Public Holiday) Additional 2 days on completion of 5 years service
  • Death in Service Benefit
  • Pension
