- Leading customer-facing activities, including hosting meetings, managing concerns, and ensuring compliance with quality standards such as IATF16949/ISO9001.
- Driving problem-solving initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using methodologies like 8D to improve product and process quality.
- Overseeing quality-related issues across internal, supplier, and customer concerns while supporting scrap reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conducting audits, maintaining control plans and PFMEAs, and ensuring adherence to quality systems, manufacturing processes, and measurement equipment usage.
- Assisting with new product introduction, change management activities, and process refinements, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and calibration systems.
- Proven experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc)
