Job Description:Our client is one of the largest delivery companies, specialising in B2B and B2C orders for many of the UK's leading retailers. As an Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for depot-to-depot (trunking) deliveries, playing a key role in helping our client deliver over 190 million parcels annually.
With a start time of 04:00 AM, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and secure deliveries throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities for a Class 1 Driver:
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle.
- Perform deliveries to multiple destinations.
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
As a Class 1 Driver we will require:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) license.
- New passes accepted!
- Strong punctuality and reliability.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in transportation.
