HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 -Willenhall

We are currently recruiting for aTemporaryClass 1 Day Driverfor our depot in Willenhall. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores. 8 - 15 drops per day, with Tail lift and cages.

Must haveexperience,Class 1 license for 1 year, with a minimum of 6 monthsmulti - drop experience.

Immediate starts for successful candidates.

Shift available:

• 5 on 2 off (shifts over the weekend) Rest days in the week
• Starts between 02:00 05:00

Day pay rates:

• Monday Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
• Saturday £17.85
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80

Nights pay rates:

• Monday Friday£18.13(overtime after 47.5hrs£20.39)
• Saturday£20.39
• Sunday and Bank Holidays£27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In date DIGI and CPC card
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
