We are now on the look out for an experienced Internal Recruiter who has experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector.
Opportunity:
Internal Recruiter will have experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector responsible for the internal recruitment for the Group.
Role and Responsibilities:
- CV Sourcing suitable candidates
- Booking in Interviews
- Attending Job Fairs
- Ensuring Candidates have right to work
- Recruiting for Residential Support Workers, Registered Managers
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to make high volume of candidate calls and booking candidates in
Experience:
- Recruitment within Social Care
- High Volume Recruitment experience
- UK Driving Licence
