Would you like to be a part of a collaborative culture where your contributions can make a significant impact.What You’ll Do as Our Learning & Development ManagerIn this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive syllabus of training and development resources across the UK, empowering our people to perform at their best. Working within the Enterprise Applications Team, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to support our organisation and drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement.As our Learning & Development Manager, you will:
  • Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s priorities, structures, and skills needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to assess business issues, identify learning needs, and recommend impactful L&D solutions.
  • Lead or support live training programmes across enterprise applications and business processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, incorporating the 70:20:10 development model.
  • Develop digital storyboards and other learning materials in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Oversee L&D projects, managing priorities and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives, demonstrating ROI through evaluation.
  • Network with external organisations for benchmarking and to incorporate best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees pursuing professional qualifications, apprenticeships, and CPD activities.
  • Build and expand a Super User network by identifying top learners.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programmes to support the launch of new systems.
What You’ll Bring
