Digital Marketing Executive

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Global Manufacturing company  to recruit for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a small but vibrant and creative team!

This role will be responsible for the Digital Marketing across 6 brands!  For this role, you will need experience in paid media / google ads.

• Salary – Circa £35,000
• Working hours – 37.5 – hybrid function (3 office days and 2 work from home)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension plan, subsidized canteen, rewards hub and lots of room to progress

This role will be based in Willenhall but also support the office in Daventry.

Daily responsibilities:

•    Work closely with the  Digital Marketing Manager to deliver creative, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, focused on growing audiences for our products and services within the B2C & B2B paid channels.
•    Initiate, design, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC activity and Paid Social Activity across all business units.
•    Management of Affiliate Marketing strategy.
•    Support in the execution of new product launches through paid channels.
•    Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the data to improve the customer experience end-to-end at all relevant touchpoints.

For this role we are looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2C or B2B marketing position as well as:

•    Successful track record managing paid media campaigns.
•    Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
•    Strong project management skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
