As a Deputy Manager, you'll have various responsibilities including:
- Autonomy for your own home
- Managing and developing your staff team, placement requests, and rotas
- Leading a team on a day-to-day basis
- Making decisions in line with policy and procedures
- Ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Promoting therapeutic practice within the home
- Being a positive role model for the children
- Reporting to the Registered Manager
