Exciting Opportunity for an NVQ 3 / BTEC Electrical Plant Engineer in Wednesfield!

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Plant maintenance Engineer to join our client's dynamic Engineering Team in Wednesfield. Position Details:
- Permanent Role with a 3-Tier Shift Pattern (early, mid, late)
- Salary: 38,000 - 43,000 per annum (including shift allowance) + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley
- Modify PLC electrical programs and resolve faults effectively
- Ensure plant operations meet top-notch quality and customer service targets
- Maintain high compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide fast and efficient engineering services, addressing quality and safety issues immediately
- Record and report maintenance activities using management systems
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship
- Strong industrial background, qualified to 18th Edition IEE standards with BTEC ONC / HNC level or equivalent
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, especially in commercial or heavy engineering environments
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to continuous development
