A niche manufacturer of chemical materials for a multitude of industries is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join their expanding Quality department

Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Senior QA Officer will be assisting in all areas of Quality Assurance across the business

Senior Quality Assurance Officer responsibilities include -

  • Maintain, support, and develop the companies QMS
  • Lead investigations on report writing and route cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures as well as working instructions
  • Provide training on company processes to all employees
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a continuous improvement culture across the business
  • Assist in both internal and external audit exercises

Senior Quality Assurance Officer desirable skills and experience -

  • Working knowledge of ISO systems
  • Experience in conducting investigations
  • Confident in their report writing ability
