- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students academically in the classroom.
- In the afternoons, assist with creative subjects, including art and food technology.
Secondary Class Teaching Assistant:
- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Help prepare and organise educational resources.
- Offer individualised support to students.
- Encourage a supportive and collaborative classroom atmosphere.
- Support students academically in the classroom.
- In the afternoons, assist with creative subjects, including art and food technology.

Teaching and Learning:
- Adopt strategies to support teaching and learning, including for pupils with special educational needs.
- Promote inclusion and encourage participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
