This fantastic primary school based in Willenhall is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who will be working on a 1:1 basis with children with SEN.
Your new role
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a child in Year 3 with ADHD and Autism. Your role will be supporting this child by encouraging socialisation within the classroom alongside navigating the curriculum, adapting teaching support according to the child's needs, creating an interesting and creative environment and observing and keeping a record of their progression. This is a full-time job, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
- Must have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have a pleasant and calm demeanour.
- Experience working with children on SEN on a 1:1 basis
What you'll get in return
