What you would do as our Technical Training and Content Manager - Yale EMEIA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training and Content Manager to join our Yale EMEIA team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive training programs and creating engaging content that educates, informs, and inspires our stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. As part of the Yale EMEIA Smart Residential (SRS) team, this role focuses on our Yale Smart product portfolio, primarily Smart Door Locks, Alarms and Surveillance (CCTV & IP cameras) and Safes across the EMEIA Region.

You would also:

  • Have an passion to become knowledgeable about our products to effectively train our employees and improve customer support.
  • Create high-quality public support content to enhance self-service and consumer understanding of Yales products with a proactive approach that can greatly benefit both our customers and the company.
  • Effectively manage, develop, and maintain the internal learning management system that supports the internal team.
  • Develop compelling multimedia content such as videos, animations, infographics, and presentations to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and support internal teams in addressing training needs effectively.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven work experience within a support training environment, having held a position in knowledgebase management, training (or similar) role.
  • Has experience in developing and delivering product and process training material e.g. interactive, hands-on to small groups and in front of larger audiences.
  • Has experience working in a customer support and technical consumer electronic environment.
  • Is a proactive self-starter who works well independently as well as in a group.
  • Is passionate about incredible customer experiences, and able to think outside-the-box while staying rooted in core fundamentals.
