Job title: Experienced Cover Supervisor Location: Wolverhampton / Walsall
Salary: £90 to £130 a day (depending on experience)

They are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Cover Supervisor to join their staff and help maintain a positive learning environment. Your new roleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school by covering lessons for absent teachers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students stay on task.
- Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Reporting any issues or incidents to the appropriate staff members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably as a cover supervisor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
