Internal Sales - Customer support - We have a new role based in Handforth / Wilmslow SK9 area - £25,400 - £30k
This role is providing quotations to clients that have leased a car & now want to purchase it. You must have confident communication skills and experience gained via the telephone. The ability to negotiate with the client when they contact the office to ascertain a price to buy the leased car.
You will have a proactive nature with the ability to persuade clients and complete the sales process.
Description of Role - Guiding customers through their car-buying journey via telephone, email and web enquiries. Providing genuine support. Respond to requests for proposals from new and existing clients. Working as part of our successful Team, you will be contacting existing contract hire customers who have expressed an interest in purchasing the vehicle once their lease expires. This well-established team only use 'hot leads’ to generate sales through high levels of customer service, as the driver of the vehicle already knows the history of the vehicle and how it has been looked after.
