What you'll need

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for selling motor vehicles in the contract hire/leasing industry.• Be highly motivated, articulate, and communicate effectively.• Have sound knowledge of financial products and have sales and telesales training.• Enjoy exceeding customer expectations.• Be responsible for sales of the new and pre-registered vehicles via leasing company partners on a monthly payment.• Deliver sales and generate income in line with annual budgets.What you'll do• Deliver sales in line with the company and funder partner processes.• Establish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partners including funders and dealerships.• Communicate and develop strong personal relationships with customers, creating customers for life.• Offer sound financial product advice, specifically on BCH, PCH, PCP, and HP.• Use knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customers.• Use knowledge of the industry to identify the most suitable vehicle for the customer.• Conclude sales in a professional manner and with the best interest of the company in a compliant manner.• Display effective time management and self-efficiency to manage their own diary.• Maintain accurate information of customer database within company and legal guidelines using Salesforce.• Take responsibility and communicate clearly and effectively with dedicated point of administration to ensure that the process runs efficiently in line with the customers’ expectations.• Display sound knowledge of the finance products available and explain the benefits of each using Product Partnerships system to fully document all customer outcomes.• Review customer satisfaction and implement improvements.• Communicate clearly, regularly, and promptly with the customer, their line manager, and colleagues.Time to shine
