- Provide top level client consultation services – you will aim to understand client needs and offer tailored advice on salary sacrifice car leasing schemes.
- Promote salary sacrifice car leasing through direct sales, presentations, and digital marketing efforts.
- Provide exceptional service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage all documentation, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employees, and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest salary sacrifice trends, tax laws, and market regulations.
- Educate clients and internal teams on the benefits and mechanics of salary sacrifice schemes.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

- Low commission threshold and extremely lucrative commission structure + additional performance-based bonuses (commission is uncapped and the earning potential fantastic.)
- The interview process for this position will consist of an initial face to face meeting either in person or via Teams which will aim to get to know you and to chat through your experience. There will then be a 2nd stage, in which you will get to sit in the office (30 mins +) to get a feel for the environment, systems and day to day role – as well as meet the team!
- There will be monthly, quarterly and annual 121’s for you to be able to discuss your development, and openly discuss any other matters that you wish to.

- This role is based on site, but if you have family or other commitments, there is flexibility with hours and working hybrid on an ad hoc basis.
