Service Advisor - East Cheshire area

Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership

A superb opportunity/vacancy has arisen for a Service Advisor at our well respected clients prestige main dealership in East Cheshire.

Our client will look at Service Advisors with minimal experience who are looking to further career and take a step into the prestige sector but must have some main dealer experience.

Salary:Basic - 30kOTE - 35k uncapped (£15 per service plan sold)

Hours:Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 6.00pmSat - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 3)

The Job

- To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.

- To organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.

- To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and promote the sale of accessories, tyres, Lifestyle products, insurance, etc.

- Responsible for liaising with service customers and designated contact for maintaining good relations and updates with regards of vehicles etc.

- Explain and Issue the customer with the Vehicle Health Check report.
