For this role you must:
Have a strong academic background (degree or similar)Have worked with pupils before in a support/on a 1-2-1/group basisThis roles purpose is to support PMLD pupils, giving them personal care and challenging behaviour (Nurturing Role)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working in a school - (Ideal)Previous Primary/SEN education experience (preferred)Previous PMLD experience - (Ideal)Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)School experience is NOT needed as long you have a care background or something similar
