Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage Project Activities: Oversee project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient information flow.
  • Support Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Monitor Progress: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain Documentation: Create and update comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
  • Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
