Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Wilmslow, is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Administrator to provide vital support to the Managing Director (MD) and a team of six.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to the Director and their team.
  • Manage the Director’s inbox, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, taking detailed minutes and distributing them as needed.
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel plans.
  • Monitor merchandise budgets, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely reordering.
  • Plan and conduct annual audits to uphold ISO certification standards.
  • Create, edit, and maintain important company documents.
  • Assist the Director with implementing and monitoring company policies and procedures.
