Your new firmAn Accountancy firm based in Wilmslow are seeking to recruit a Client Manager to join their growing team. This firm is dedicated to delivering a full range of services to their clients, including accounting and business advisory services, bookkeeping, financial management, and strategic planning. If you are seeking a role with an expanding business, committed to supporting their clients throughout their entire business journey, this position will be an excellent opportunity. Your new roleAs Client Manager, you will be required to effectively manage your own pool of clients within the wider Client Portfolio. You will assist and provide support to the Senior Client Manager in managing a portfolio of clients and to manage the filing deadlines for year-end accounts and corporation tax returns for your own clients and the wider portfolio. You will manage and develop the practices use of their accounting software to provide a value added and proactive service to the expanding client base. You will also review the periodic bookkeeping and VAT returns produced for portfolio clients to ensure all are accurate and filed in the required timescales and within deadlines.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience handling accounts for a wide range of clients and a good background working with accounts software. This candidate will ideally be AAT or part ACA qualified and have strong management skills and experience. You will also need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £32,000 and £40,000 dependant on experience. You will receive 25 day's holiday, an extra days leave for your birthday and another day's leave awarded after 3 years of service.
