Job Purpose
  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets
  • Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence
  • Tracking progress including WIP and billing targets
  • Leading a team of accountants by reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you
  • Closely monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
  • Using computer software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
  • Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery
  • Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on Manager
