Account Manager - Investment Management & IFA
Salary up to £37,000

NJR Recruitment are currently working in Partnership with an established consultancy with the aim of challenging the existing dynamics of adviser support within the financial services industry. Since then, our client has grown to become a leading provider of support services, offering bespoke compliance and consultancy support to 437 firms.
An opportunity is now available for a 'Platform Development Consultant’ to look after member IFA firms and the in-house Wrap Investment Platform in their Centralised investment process, acting as an online platform for the adviser and their retail clients to manage their savings and investments. The successful Candidate will have a strong interest and be passionate about Financial Planning.
Duties will consist of -
- Deliver high quality support and guidance to member firms in the installation and continued use of the In-House Wrap Platforms
- Assisting the business in developing the Platform within the member firms centralised investment process
- Working on projects as a required by the business to achieve the above and improve the Wrap Platform offering
- Act as a positive ambassador the client IFA Firm at all times
- Collate and maintain management information in relation to the Wrap Platform
- Provide technical assistance and training to member firms
- Develop long term credible relationships with the member firm
- Develop and in-depth understanding of the Wap Platform and utilise it fully to support member firms
- Provide technical assistance and training to member firms
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure member firms queries are dealt with professionally
You MUST be confident and have a very strong ability to build strong business relationships. This role will involve delivering introductory presentations via MS Teams whether to 1:1 individual or to groups of up to 7/8 people. Those applying for the role should have strong knowledge and an understanding of the UK retail investment platform industry. Those will the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning are of high interest.
