  • Candidates must have a strong background working with Financial Planners and be familiar with whole market products, preferably using IRESS or 1st software.
  • This is a demanding position that requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, which should ideally include several years in a similar administrative capacity.

Our Client is an established and well-known firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in a beautiful location of South Cheshire. Led by professionally qualified team, they provide comprehensive Corporate & Personal Financial Planning that includes Employee Benefits, Investments, Retirement Planning and Tax advice. Due to internal promotion, an experienced Administrator is now required to support a highly technical Partner in the business. This will be a very busy and demanding role, and daily duties will consist of;

  • To provide a first-class administration service, together with a dedicated Paraplanner, to a group of Consultants
  • Ensure that new business is processed in a timely fashion
  • Issuing client Letters of Authority to providers, collating information and the use of the Client Management system
  • Organising quotes, online or via telephone, then putting full package together for adviser - ensuring correct proposal & KFD
  • Processing on basic products such as Bonds, Personal Pensions and Group Schemes, using Client Management
  • Valuing client portfolios - obtaining data from providers
  • Checking policy documents
  • Issuing policy documentation to client using professional letters
  • Scanning documents and filing these electronically on the Client Management system
  • Distribution of incoming post

Candidates applying must have a strong and proven background working for a firm of Financial Planners. You will be conversant with whole of the market products and ideally be used to processing business on IRESS / 1st software.
