Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join our client's dynamic multidisciplinary design practice based in Manchester. As part of a talented team within the Building Services Industry, the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions and supporting the production of detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation for building services projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Revit Technician within the building services industry or a related field (experience in MEP or multidisciplinary design practice is an advantage).
- Proven experience in using Revit for building services design (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Familiarity with BIM software, tools, and workflows in a collaborative design environment.
