Job Description: Job Duties:
  • Develop and implement reward strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Manage employee reward programmes, including bonus schemes and recognition initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure reward practises align with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CIPD) preferred
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Advisor/Reward Advisor role
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing reward programmes
  • Proven track record of analysing market trends and making data-driven recommendations
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home
  • Standard working hours with flexibility as needed
