Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Manage Project Activities: Oversee project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient information flow.
- Support Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Monitor Progress: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting any issues to management.
- Maintain Documentation: Create and update comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Profile
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Job Offer
