Prestigious opportunity for a Business Systems Development and Support Manager for our COINS technology, with one of the largest privately owned property development companies in the UK.Largely situated in the North West of England, selling around 400 residential homes p.a. across the UK. Internationally, the Group has expertise in leisure, residential and commercial developments in the Algarve, Portugal, and Orlando, Florida. As we continue to grow, we are now seeking an experienced ERP/COINS Business Systems professional to join our success story!Our Business Systems Development and Support Manager is a newly created Group role focused on supporting the operational needs of its UK house-building and contracting businesses with the successful candidate expected to drive new ways of harnessing available data to assist in the analysis of performance and strategic decision-making, lending itself to someone who is both creative and analytical.The primary responsibilities are:

  • To administer and manage the Group's COINS ERP system, with a wider remit to develop its current and ;out of the box' capabilities.
  • To improve operational efficiency and performance of residential house building and commercial contracting operations through identification and adoption of complimentary third-party applications, plug-ins or APIs to assist in real-time reporting of business critical KPI's and other key metrics;
  • To identify the need for, and delivery of, targeted training to head office and regional COINS users, with particular focus on improving Cost Value Reconciliation and financial reporting capabilities;
  • To collaborate effectively with the Group's IT department to ensure that COINS remains secure, connected and well-supported at all times.
  • Acting as first point of contact for both internal users and our COINS software support team, to address all user queries in an efficient and effective manner. Develop and manage our relationship with COINS through our account manager and support contacts.

  • Knowledge of the building industry and in-depth experience of working with COINS, ideally as both a user and administrator.
  • Possesses an understanding of project management techniques and methodologies.
  • Data Analysis skills and experience in data reporting and processing.
  • The ability to take ownership of problems and proactively resolve issues in a practical manner.
  • Adept communication skills, focused on building and maintaining relevant internal and external relationships.
  • An enthusiastic, dedicated and aspirational individual, open to continual professional development.
  • Ability to organise workloads effectively and efficiently.
