  • Review applications to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
  • Organise client information to facilitate smooth loan processing.
  • Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
  • Conduct detailed affordability assessments.
  • Request credit checks and issue loan agreements.
  • Handle enquiries from applicants and lenders.
  • Draft case rationales for investors and senior management.
  • Complete AML checks and maintain accurate account records.
  • Work to deadlines for paperwork submissions.
