Your new companyA rapidly successful & niche consultancy firm based in Wilmlsow who provide expertise, advice and guidance are seeking a Senior Legal Office Administrator to join their team.Holding this role, you will be tasked with varius duties supporting the firm's director with day to day tasks coupled with team leader responsibilities and daily guidance.Your new roleA highly varied role where every day will be different. This would suit a candidate who possesses a legal & medical administration background.Working within the Healthcare industry, you will be responsible for the management of medical records checking to ensure all are complete and evident to review. Liaison with legal practitioners via telephone and email, assisting with enquiries relating to medical records/cases.Using the CRM system, you will be responsible for uploading new cases ensuring all contents required are recorded.Updating records/cases to supplement information.Daily liaison with clients and legal practitioners, assisting with calls and enquires and acting as first line support.This role is varied and includes both a proactive and reactive ability.
