The Role:
- You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, with admin and assistant support provided. Typical matters include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build and help-to-buy (if experienced)
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring a smooth and professional client journey throughout
About You:
- You'll be an experienced Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
- Able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision from instruction to post-completion
- Excellent client care and communication skills - this firm places a real value on service
- Friendly, proactive and a great team player
