- Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to the Director and team.
- Manage the Director’s inbox, prioritising communications, and ensuring timely responses.
- Effectively coordinate diaries and schedule appointments.
- Organise and attend client meetings, including note-taking and preparing minutes.
- Arrange travel (both UK and international).
- Oversee merchandise budgets, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely order placements.
- Conduct and prepare for annual audits to uphold ISO certification standards.
- Create, edit, and maintain company documents.
- Assist the Director in implementing and monitoring policies and procedures.
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fully office-based).
- Holidays: 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, including Christmas shutdown.
