PERSONAL ASSISTANT  WILMSLOW  £28,000 - £33,000 Are you an experienced PA looking for your next opportunity?  Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to the Director and team.
  • Manage the Director’s inbox, prioritising communications, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Effectively coordinate diaries and schedule appointments.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, including note-taking and preparing minutes.
  • Arrange travel (both UK and international).
  • Oversee merchandise budgets, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely order placements.
  • Conduct and prepare for annual audits to uphold ISO certification standards.
  • Create, edit, and maintain company documents.
  • Assist the Director in implementing and monitoring policies and procedures.
