Residential Property Fee Earner – Wilmslow

What You'll Do:

  • Handle a diverse range of residential transactions, including straightforward sales,  purchases, re-mortgages and equity release
  • Manage client files from start to finish, ensuring a seamless process, including post-completion tasks
  • Deal with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
  • Engage in business development by building relationships with Estate Agents and other work introducers
  • Participate in local community activities and networking events
  • Contribute to departmental meetings and other business development activities under the direction of the Head of Department

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of three years of residential property experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to manage and progress a caseload independently and offer pragmatic advice
  • A team player who can also work independently
