Location: Handforth – offers hybrid working, 2 days at home.

Reed are extremely proud to be partnered with a household name in the bar and event space industry, supporting their search for a Reservations Team Leader, to support their successful internal bookings team.

With 23 locations across the UK and Europe, our client is an evolving business and expanding their central sales department. The success candidate will be a dynamic leader, with the skills to spearhead pre-booked sales, inspire the reservations team, and ensure every guest experience aligns with our sales goals and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, utilise booking trends to fine-tune strategies, and oversee efficient reservation processes.
  • Coach, inspire, and support your team with ongoing training, helping them excel in sales conversion and guest service.
  • Ensuring guests needs are met, make personalised recommendations, and consistently elevate our service.
  • Use KPIs and insights to monitor team success, share insights with management, and implement continuous improvements.

About You:

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Brings 1-2 years of sales management experience - whether that's in recruitment, B2C sales, hospitality, or another guest-focused field. You've honed your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment and have a solid track record of driving team performance and ideally, guest satisfaction.

Leads with Energy: Your leadership will inspire a customer-centric team environment that's upbeat, productive, and always aiming higher.

Understands the Numbers: With an eye for data, you'll monitor booking trends, gather insights, and communicate findings to the sales and marketing teams.
