Business Development Manager – Wilmslow - Office Based - Up to £35,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Commission (£50,000 1st Year OTE)

To support their continued growth, this well-established, award-winning recruitment technology business is looking for two positive, energetic Business Development Managers to join their close-knit team in Wilmslow.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base. You’ll be prospecting potential clients, building relationships through telephone and video calls, and closing business. Once closed, you will account manage and nurture the client relationship to ensure long-term success.

To be considered for the role, you will need the following:

  • Proven new business experience
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • Technology, recruitment/HR experience desirable, not essential
  • Energetic, ambitious, with a positive mindset

Job Role/Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through cold calling and prospecting
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers
