So, what is required of you for this role?
- As stated, as a level 3 teaching assistant, it would be essential for you to have a level-3 NVQ, equivalent or above.
- You will support the class teacher during lessons to ensure that lessons are efficient
- Help students out in a 1:1 setting to enable struggling students to have the same learning experience during school.
