Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to complete various projects and tasks efficiently.
Prepare and distribute relevant documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar business support or administration role.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure.
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential.
