Job Title:Qualified Assessor
Location: UK - Remote
Salary:Ā£26,000 - Ā£32,000 dependant on qualifications and experience
Hours:40 hours per week - Permanent

Due to continued growth weare currently seeking Qualified Assessor to join n innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.



Therole:

Working within the internal Learning and development team, you will be supporting the delivery of nationally accredited qualifications across the Group.

The Learning & Development team support and deliver a number of nationally Accredited qualifications to the Staff members, helping them upskill in the current and future roles. The organisation pride themselves on delivering high quality training that genuine supports and is valued by the Education and Care teams.

This includes programmes such as;

Teaching Assistants L3
Residential Care & Adult Care Works L3
Specialist Educational Needs L3
High Level Teaching Assistant L4
ILM Leadership & Management L4

Experience /Qualifications:

  • Must have experience and base qualification in our key sectors Education and/or Care.
  • Assessor qualification A1/TAQA (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
  • IQA qualification (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
  • To have a teaching Qualification PTTLS or equivalent or willing to work towards
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy (at least 5 GCSEs above C to include English and Maths) or to have an equivalent.
  • Computer literacy Excel, Word, Outlook with the ability and willingness to learn to use of a range IT systems
  • Organised, good time management.
  • Able to Prioritise workload
  • High levels of interpersonal ability with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually as some work will be lone working.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff and professionals with good interpersonal skills.
  • Confidential and reliable.
