We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a growing, luxury niche tour operator, managing a small team of high-performing Travel Consultants.This is a hands-on role in which you’ll be responsible not only for your own sales but also for coaching and motivating your team to exceed their sales targets, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position within the luxury travel sector is essential for the role, along with the ability to lead by example and inspire peak productivity in others through supportive leadership.

Role of Luxury Travel Sales Team Leader:

  • Coaching and motivating your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Active with your own enquiries
  • Assist with future sales recruitment & selection
  • Monitoring daily performance and identifying coaching opportunities
  • Leading daily team huddles to communicate priorities
  • Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
  • Analysing data to inform business decisions that drive growth
  • Regular office visits for meetings to be agreed

Skills required for the role:

  • Strong sales management experience from within the luxury travel sector
  • Previous experience successfully managing remote teams
  • The ability to inspire peak productivity in others through supportive leadership
  • A passion for the travel industry and delivering service excellence
