Salary: 35,000 + Annual Bonus
Are you an experienced Freight Coordinator looking for your next challenge in Tamworth? We're hiring for a key role within our high-performing operations team, where you'll be central to the movement of international and domestic freight. What you'll be doing:
Coordinating import/export shipments across air, sea, land, and courier services
Supporting the sales team in account development and retention
Managing customer and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery
Driving process improvements to maximise profitability and efficiency
Handling financial aspects including cost control, receivables, and payables
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-modal freight forwarding role
Strong knowledge of air and sea import/export processes
Solid commercial awareness and excellent time management
Confident communicator who can deal with customers at all levels
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
